This project is mix structure of bricks and concrete for the 11 floors, the building total length 15.15 meters and extends 53.4 meters and the total floor area 5404.62 square meters. As the unit of tender documents, the tender documents are consisted of the commercial files and the technical files. Because it is designed to do graduate, still need to compile a Bill of quantities。The commercial files mainly is carries on the group price according to the resilience detailed list in resilience, obtains the project total construction cost. The technical files namely for the engineering project construction organization plan document, mainly includes: General account, The overall construction deployment and construction programs, construction progress plan, Construction floorplan, The main technical and economic indicators, guarantee measure. In addition, the graduation project used the bill of quantities valuation software from GuangLianda inc. in order to calculate the project
