And in the information management, the computer is fast, the working time is lasting, it is absolutely essential. At present, information has become an important resource in economic development. The level of information resources construction in our country lags behind the construction of information infrastructure to a certain extent for a variety of reasons. In the mean time the development and utilization of information resources has become the core of Chinas economic development means. Computers have been able to do the work of property management more accurate, convenient, fast and efficiently.So it’s necessary to develop a set of high efficiency, error free residential property management system software.
