This study of 15 cases of cervical great vessel injury in patients undergoing perioperative nursing experience were analyzed and reported as follows. 1 Data and methods 1.1 General Information Qingtian County People’s Hospital from May 1995 to September 2007 treated patients undergoing major vascular injury and neck in 15 cases, 13 cases were male and 2 female. Aged 20 to 65 years old, with an average (32.50 ± 3.82) years of age. These include: traffic injuries in 2 cases, sharp injuries in 10 cases, iatrogenic in 3 patients. Merger hemopneumothorax in 2 cases, the 2 patients were sharp from the right chest, piercing the right side of the neck, right chest, causing injuries to the brachiocephalic vein, of which 1 case led to the emergence of retrosternal tracheal tension through the blood of pneumothorax; the other one cases of injury and right pleura is manifested in the top right side of pneumothorax, massive hemothorax. Damage the blood vessels include: external carotid artery injury in 2 cases, internal carotid artery in 1 case, the common carotid artery in 1 case, 9 cases of internal jugular vein, brachiocephalic vein in 2 cases. 1.2 Surgical Methods 15 patients were treated by surgery. 3 cases of iatrogenic injury in hospital for neck surgery accidental injury, vascular repair or ligation done immediately, while the damage is outside of the hospital after emergency surgery treatment, which line blood vessels ligation in 3 cases (2 cases of external carotid artery and jugular vein 1 case ) and the remaining underwent vascular repair or anastomosis. 2 Results 15 patients in
