The results of the drug intervention group compared with the aGVHD group, the incidence of aGVHD time delay, aGVHD score decreased, the average survival time was prolonged, the differences were statistically significant (P lt;0.05); the intervention group of peripheral blood recovered rapidly in all the changes at different time points were higher than aGVHD group, there were significant differences (P lt;0.05); after treatment intervention programs, CD4 +, CD8 + values significantly lower than aGVHD to decreased CD4 + cells obvious, but both were significantly increased when aGVHD, CD4 + / CD8 + ratio increased, the conclusion 1,25 (OH) 2D3 and Danshen in allogeneic bone marrow transplantation for reducing aGVHD, promote engraftment and tolerance play a positive role.
