Methods transit system through the primary transfer hospital for critically ill newborns to the hospital. Results A total of 340 cases of severe neonatal transport, transfer success rate was 100%, 52 cases of transit rescue cured 325 patients, improved in 13 cases, 2 died. Conclusions of advanced transport equipment, transport prior to an assessment, close monitoring and timely transfer of medical treatment is the key to successful transfer critically ill neonates.
