Water 50% ethanol extraction method of organic solvent extraction, in order to paper activity assay method. Results extracts on Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa inhibit the minimum inhibitory concentration of 5 mg / ml, 50% ethanol extract more effective than water, ethyl acetate extract the most significant inhibitory effect. Conclusion Adenophora extract is an effective antimicrobial drugs.
