Methods 80 patients with ACS were collected 1 day after onset of peripheral venous blood were randomly divided into four groups, each 20 cases of peripheral blood mononuclear cells were isolated and cultured, of which three groups of adenosine were added to 10μ g, 100μ g, 1000μ g culture. By enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) measured the concentration of VEGF. Results VEGF levels in patients with ACS as the culture time prolonged increase in adenosine 10μ g group and the control group than in the same time, Cheng was no significant difference (Pamp;gt; 0.05). VEGF levels of adenosine 100μ g group and 1000μ g group were significantly higher than the control group at the same time range (P amp;lt;0.05, P amp;lt;0.01), and the role of adenosine concentration and time-dependent. Conclusions Patients with ACS adenosine can induce peripheral blood mononuclear cells and vascular endothelial growth factor expression and the role of time-dependent and concentration.
