Methods of non-line of open-heart surgery in cyanotic congenital heart disease and valvular disease 60 cases, according to intraoperative application of adenosine pretreatment methods were randomly divided into four groups (n = 15 cases). Results The serum levels of cTnT, MDA were significantly higher, A group, B group and C group postoperative serum cTnT, MDA were significantly lower than the D group (P amp;lt;0.05). B group and C group cTnT levels 24 h after surgery, there was significant difference (P amp;lt;0.05). Conclusion Adenosine can simulate ischemic preconditioning (IPC) of the myocardial protective effect, and the various treatment methods have a protective effect on ischemic myocardium.
