Method using Hitachi U-3310 UV spectrophotometer, temperature control instrument and magnetic stirring device, at 37 ℃ , 340nm wavelength, rate method, using the plus pyridoxal 5’-phosphate and non-plus pyridoxal 5’-phosphate ALT reagent , testing of clinical specimens, observation of two kinds of ALT reagent test results relevance. Results plus pyridoxal 5’-phosphate and non-plus pyridoxal 5’-phosphate of the ALT reagent test results of clinical samples comparison, the regression equation Y = 0.8629X-2.4019, R2 = 0.9602. Conclusion plus pyridoxal 5’-phosphate did not increase ALT reagents and pyridoxal 5’-phosphate ALT reagents have good correlation, and the additions and pyridoxal 5’-phosphate reagent test results than those without ALT plus 5’- pyridoxal phosphate ALT reagent test results about a high 14%.
