ResultsThe optimal ethanol extraction condition was adding 12 times amount of 70% alcohol and 2 hours for each time, then adding seven volume of 70% alcohol at first time and five volume of 70% alcohol at second time; the optimal water extraction condition was adding 21 times amount of water and 2 hours for each time, then adding eleven folds of water at first time and ten folds of water at second time. ConclusionThe method is stable, reasonable and feasible.
