Approach to pH, processing time, solid-liquid ratio as the main study factors in order to leaching of total flavonoids content of the sample as the main inspection targets, determine the optimum extraction conditions. Results The optimum extraction process is: Ca (OH) 2 pH-value of 11, ultrasonic extraction time was 40 min, solid-liquid ratio of 1:50. Conclusions and conventional ethanol extraction method comparison showed that using ultrasonic extraction method is fast, efficient and so on. Methods Using the content of flavone as indexes, the effects of pH, extraction time, w / v were evaluated by orthogonal experiments.
