 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 9 Allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplant recipients with serum interleukin-18 levels and acute graft-versus-host disease relationship Abstract This study investigated the allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo  HSCT) recipients with serum interleukin-18 (IL  18) and acute graft-versus-host disease (aGVHD) the relationship between the identification of serum IL  18 in the aGVHD pathogenesis, in order to provide reliable clinical indicators for early prediction of aGVHD. Double sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) detected 62 cases of allo  HSCT transplantation before and after transplantation in patients with aGVHD before and after the expression of serum IL  18. 62 patients were divided into five groups: A group without aGVHD before transplantation group (28 cases), mean post-transplant patients with aGVHD did not occur in the samples collected before transplantation; B group with aGVHD before transplantation group (34 cases), refers to post-transplant patients with aGVHD occurred in samples collected before transplantation; C group, aGVHD presymptomatic group (34 cases), that there I-II clinical symptoms of aGVHD grade 3-4 days before the specimen; and then under the I-II grade aGVHD patients after treatment, the availability of the progress to the III-IV grade aGVHD retrospectively the effect of the former group of patients were divided into a good group (18 cases) and efficacy of poor group (16 cases); D group I-II grade aGVHD group; E group for the III-IV grade aGVHD group (16 cases).
