 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 9 Analysis of 126 cases of flap complications 【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the reasons for flap complications and preventive measures. 126 flaps clinical data were reviewed to observe the postoperative condition, experience and lessons learned. Results in 126 patients with flaps, 105 cases were survived well, 21 cases of postoperative complications occurred, after a timely manner, and 1 complete necrosis, 5 cases of partial necrosis, the success rate of 95%. Conclusion Analysis of the flap is mainly due to postoperative complications of pedicle compression.
