Methods: Young patients with eyelid slack skin in 15 cases, both eyes, female, age 17 to 28 years old, 5 cases with lacrimal gland prolapse, no other abnormalities; underwent upper eyelid plasty, intraoperative removal of excess skin and orbital fat , 3 cases of lacrimal gland prolapse reduction. Results: Follow-up 1wk to 2a, the appearance of all cases significantly improved than that before surgery. 1 cases of lacrimal gland prolapse surgery 1.5a patients found a slight increase of lacrimal gland prolapse, the patient had not been in the lacrimal gland surgery reduction surgery, but the double eyelid upper eyelid shape intact. All patients had no bleeding, infection, complications and poor form double eyelid. Conclusion: The upper eyelid reconstruction in the treatment of youth Eyelid slack skin to secure a satisfactory cosmetic effect. Keywords: eyelid slack skin plasty Upper Lid Plasty For Young Blepharochalasis Abstract AIM: To observe the clinical effect of upper lid plasty for blepharochalasis in young people.Methods: Fifteen female young patients (30 eyes) of blepharochalasis were observed, ages ranged 17-28 years old, Including 5 cases with bilaterally prolapsed lacrimal gland. Upper lid plasty was done, during which the redundant skin and fat were removed and prolapsed lacrimal glands were repositioned in 3 cases. RESULTS: During the follow-up of 1 week to 2 years, all cases had obvious better appearance. One case with no lacrimal gland reposition in the procedure had worse prolapsed lacrimal gland 1.5 years postoperatively. CONCLUSION: The appearance effect of upper lid plasty on blepharochalasis is satisactory in young people. * KEYWORDS:
