Astragaloside on isolated rat mesenteric artery vasomotor function
[Abstract] Objective: To observe the Astragaloside on isolated rat mesenteric artery systolic and diastolic function, and to explore its possible mechanism. Methods: The isolated mesenteric artery branches of 1 ~ 2 Preparation of isolated mesenteric vascular ring fixed on the capillary tension tester to observe the Astragaloside on vascular ring systolic and diastolic function. Results: ① different concentrations of Astragaloside (30 mg / L and 100 mg / L) incubated after the phenylephrine induced vasoconstriction compared with the control group decreased significantly (P amp;lt;0.05 or P amp;lt;0.01). ② Astragaloside cumulative concentrations of phenylephrine (2 * 10-6 mol / L) pre-contraction in endothelium intact or endothelium mesenteric arterial rings were produced concentration-dependent vasodilation, medium and high concentrations of astragaloside (10 mg / L, 30 mg / L and 100 mg / L) on endothelium-intact group of the relaxing effect was stronger than that to endothelin groups (P amp;lt;0.05 or P amp;lt;0.01). ③ Astragaloside cumulative concentrations of KCl pre-contraction tension of mesenteric arterial rings had no significant effect (Pamp;gt; 0.05). ④ L-NAME (10-4 mol / L) pretreatment significantly reduced astragaloside of vasodilatation (P amp;lt;0.05 or P amp;lt;0.01). Conclusion: astragaloside has a certain role in endothelium-dependent vasodilatation, and NO way to play through.

Abstract: Objective: To observe the effect of astragaloside Ⅳ on contraction and relaxation on isolated mesenteric arteries, and to study its underlying mechanisms. Methods: The isolated mesenteric arteries segments were mounted in the Danish Myo Technology Multi Wire Myograph System (DMT). The effect of astragaloside Ⅳ on contraction and relaxation on the arteries was observed. Results: ① After incubation in the solution of Astr
