Methods 40 cases of ischemic necrosis of bone cartilage in patients with conventional radiation data were analyzed retrospectively. The results of X-ray diagnosis of ischemic necrosis of femoral head epiphysis in 5 cases; osteochondritis of tibial tubercle 12; pubic osteochondritis 7 cases; 6 cases of osteochondritis dissecans; metatarsal head ischemic necrosis in 7 cases; three cases of bone infarction . All patients had the typical X-ray. Conclusion Conventional X-ischemic necrosis of bone cartilage in the late diagnosis of significant value. Methods X  ray testing documents of 40 cases with ischemic necrosis (or osteochondritis) were analyzed retrospectively. Results Among the 40 cases , ischemic necrosis of the capital femoral osteoepiphysis was diagnosed by X  ray in five cases, osteochondritis of tibial tuberosity in 12 cases, osteochondritis of pubic symphysis in 7 cases, osteochondritis dissecans in 6 cases, ischemic necrosis in caput ossis metatarsalis in 7 cases and infarct of bone in 3 cases. Typical X  ray manifestation were found in all cases. Conclusion Rutine x  ray test was valuable for diagnosis of ischemic necrosis in mid  advanced stage.
