China-made mobile phone ‘going out’ too early

In fact, we are more inclined to think that, nowadays domestic mobile phone enterprises ‘going global’ to develop the international market too early.
Why do I say?
First of all, domestic mobile phone in the ‘going out’ in the accumulation of inadequate, regardless of talent ready to prepare or international experience, are lacking. With such inadequate preparation, implementation of the ‘going out’ strategy is very risky.
