We hope to explore a treatment method, cure MG, no significant side effects for patients caused the same time, treatment can be completely removed, at least three years of symptom recurrence reached clinical cure, rather than the goal of remission. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 General Information for this group of patients received treatment in 2003 and 2007 Department of Neurology, First Hospital of Sun Yat-sen and Chinese medicine out-patient subjects, hospitalized patients, a total of 31 cases, male 18 cases, 13 females; aged 11 to 78 years (mean age 30.50 ± 29.61) years of age. 1.2 inclusion criteria in line with MG diagnosis: a typical MG performance, muscular fatigue tests positive neostigmine test was positive, single-fiber EMG and EMG repetitive stimulation results in line with MG. In 5 cases associated with thymoma and thymus hyperplasia in 8 cases, 6 cases of hyperthyroidism. According to Qsserman classification, Ⅰ -type 3 cases, Ⅱ A type 6 cases, Ⅱ B type in 10 cases, Ⅲ in 7 cases, Ⅳ type 5 cases. TCM type: Spleen and Kidney Qi and Yin Deficiency type 21 cases, 10 cases of spleen deficiency type. 1.3 Exclusion criteria Ⅲ , Ⅳ -type myasthenia crisis in patients with recurrent persons; the use of cholinesterase inhibitors and glucocorticoids for more than 3 years; combined heart, brain, kidney lesions device; merger were malignant thymoma
