Methods The back titration method, potentiometric titration, to a first-order derivative extremum method for determining the end point. Study methodology in line with the results of determination of requirements, the average recovery was 100.64% (RSD 1.03%); repeatability and stability test RSD were 0.38%, 0.53%. Conclusion The method is simple, convenient, accurate, and can be used for traditional Chinese medicine in the total free acid content of the direct determination.
