Methods: COPD in stable severe and very severe patients study of 60 patients, 30 patients were randomly divided into rehabilitation group and control group of 30 patients were observed before and after the effective rehabilitation and compared. Results: After treatment, rehabilitation breathing difficulties, activities of daily living scores than the control group improved significantly. before and after training in the rehabilitation group no significant difference between lung function, but breathing difficulties, activities of daily living score difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: reduced lip breathing training is severe and very severe COPD patients with pulmonary rehabilitation and effective methods, but can not significantly improve lung function.
