Methods purely physical process and spectrophotometry flavonoids extracted from citrus peel substances on the flavonoid extracted to verify. The results measured by citrus peel flavonoids in samples C = 4.49%. Recovery was 98.0%, the purity and yield are high. Conclusion This method uses the whole physical process without any chemical changes and pollution, the extraction of flavones from citrus peel an effective way. MethodsUse purely physical process flow and spectrophotometry to introduce the method of which extracted the flavanone from the orange peel, and check the flavanone which withdrawed from the lotus rhizome. ResultsBy this method getting the contents of the total flavanone of orange peel is C = 4.49% and rate of the recovery is 98.0%. ConclusionUsing this text which provide the withdrawal and purifying methods to get the outcome and purity of the flavanone are all very high.
