Methods 72 CHB patients with hepatic function abnormal and hepatic fibrosis were selected and they were divided into two groups randomly- therapy group containing 36 patients who were treated by combing kushenin, and complex prescription cattle liver extractive pellet and control group containing 36 patients who were only treated by kushenin. The two treatments were all 6 months. Hepatic function and hepatic fibrosis index after treatment were observed . Results The significant difference with hepatic function and hepatic index fibrosis after treatment was found in two groups. Conclusions Combining kushenin and complex prescription cattle liver extractive pellet was a good method in the treatment of CHB.
