Methods Reviewing and analysing CT signs of 68 cases, 52 of which are sigle parenchymatous oragn injuries and 16 of which are mulit  organ injuries. Results It is not difficult to diagnose typical injuries but we must analyse earnestly mild injuries.Increased scan is superior to parallel scan to diagnose injuries obviously. Conclusion CT diagnoses have high sensitivity and specificity for abdomen parenchymatous organ injurics, which supplies important foundation for clinical treatment pian.
