Conclusion MSCTU congenital anomalies of the urinary tract shows the overall anatomy and pathological changes in subtle and strong, can significantly improve the diagnostic rate, can be used as preferred method of examination. MRU is a safe and reliable, non-invasive screening method without contrast agent, can show urinary tract dilatation, site of obstruction, obstruction-side form, in particular, are allergic to iodine or IVU does not develop, in patients with severe hydronephrosis is more applicable.
