Methods 190 cases of brain injury patients on the consciousness of the time for strict records, divided into the unconscious barriers to group consciousness within 20min group, 20min or more groups; to head CT and lumbar puncture for the diagnosis based on the misdiagnosis rate in each group were analyzed.
