 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 11 Domestic staplers in emergency gastrectomy surgery [Abstract] Objective To investigate domestic staplers in emergency gastrectomy surgery. Methods 36 cases with domestic stapling the stomach gastrectomy cases of acute perforated duodenal ulcer clinical analysis. Ten bulbar duodenum ulcer perforation in 28 cases, 6 cases of perforated gastric ulcer, gastric ulcer perforation in 2 cases a small bend. 26 cases with Billroth type, Billroth type in 8 cases, Roux-en-y gastrointestinal anastomosis in 2 cases. Results There was no anastomotic leakage, anastomotic stricture and bleeding. Conclusions down emergency situations subtotal gastrectomy with domestic stapler addition to less bleeding, shorter operative time, rapid recovery of gastrointestinal function, fewer complications, can be used repeatedly , cheap security advantages, there are the advantages of simple operation, worthy of clinical application. Results Among the total, no case was reported with stoma fistula, stoma stenosis and bleeding.Conclusion There were many advantages to emergency operation of subtotal gastrectomy with homemade stapler, such as less bleeding, shorter ti
