Methods Accord? ing to the operation mod巳 of the patients, including the greenlight photoselective vaporesection of the prostate-shovel technique and side light green laser vaporization of prostat巳， the patients were divid巳d into the research group and control group patients. Th巳 times of nocturia , residual urine , maximum urinary flow ra 忧， the time of operation , postop巳 rative catheter indwelling time , length of hospital stay , and the numb巳 r of again visits patients postoperative one year internal was recorded.
