Methods: The level of MDA, SOD, IL 6 and TNF @ in the blood of models were measured and the pathology of lung tissue were examined. Results: Both edaravone and aprotinin could decrease the level of MDA, IL 6, TNF @, increase the level of SOD, and the level of IL 6, TNF @ in group aprotinin were more lower than that in group edaravone group. Conclusion: Both edaravone and aprotinin could reduce the ALI induced by LPS, edaravone’s anti oxygen free radical effect was remarkable, but aprotinin could significantly depress the inflammatory reaction, it’s protective effects was better.
