Strains for each run, the product of the fermentation medium generate the most varied, in order to obtain as many secondary metabolites, different strains selected fermentation medium is different. Three developing systems were used for chromatography of TLC. UV 254nm, 366nm and anisaldehyde as a chromogenic agent were used for detecting compounds of these strains.
