Methods: Nested RTPCR detected 89 cases of esophageal cancer patients before peripheral blood of CK20, CK19, CEA mRNA expression. Results: 89 patients with esophageal carcinoma in peripheral blood of CK20, CK19 and CEA positive expression rate of 49.44%, 34.83% and 52.81%; three simultaneous detection of genes, at least one genetic test results for the positive expression rate of 71.91% with lymph node metastasis of esophageal cancer, and (or) distant metastasis relevant.
