Burns Level: Mild 1 case, 6 cases of moderate and severe in 2 cases. fractures sites: clavicle in 1 case, the elbow fracture in 1 case, 1 case of middle ulna, Colles fracture in 1, double fracture of tibia and fibula in 2 cases, 1 case of medial malleolus fracture, calcaneus in 1 case, 1 case of multiple fractures. fractures body burns in 7 cases, 4 cases of burns at the fracture site. wound 3 h to 4 d after admission. 1.2 Treatment Combination of antibiotics to prevent and control infection.
