Methods carbon tetrachloride (CCl4), thioacetamide (TAA), acetaminophen (AAP)-induced acute liver injury model, we determined serum ALT, AST activity. Results fallax extract on carbon tetrachloride, thioacetamide, paracetamol induced liver injury in mice significantly protective effect. Conclusion fallax extracts can significantly reduce the carbon tetrachloride, thioacetamide, paracetamol-induced acute liver injury model in mice serum ALT, AST activity.
