Methods The thin-layer chromatography (TLC) of the prescriptions hawthorn, angelica qualitative identification; using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) carried out on the determination of Emodin in Polygonum cuspidatum. High-performance liquid chromatographic conditions: Agilent1100, ODSC18 column, mobile phase: methanol -0.1% phosphoric acid (80:20). Results hawthorn, angelica’s TLC spots were clear, with special properties; emodin in the range of 0.306 ~ 0.816 μ g good linear relationship, r = 0.999 9, the average recovery was 99.22%, RSD 2.4%. Conclusion This method can be accurate and reliable qualitative and quantitative detection, can effectively control the quality of lipid particles clear. MethodsThe identification and inspect were carried out by TLC. Emodin in preparation was determined by HPLC. The HPLC conditions was as follows : Aglilent 1100 ODS C18 column, and the mobile phase was MeOH0.1% phosphoric acid buffer solution (80:20). ResultsTLC method was specific, HPLC method was accurate and reliable, the recovery was 99.22%, RSD was 2.4%. ConclusionThis standard can be used for the quality control of Zhiqing Capsules.
