Methods 40 cases of hepatic focal nodular hyperplasia of the clinical data, and using HE staining paraffin-embedded light microscope to observe the histological features. Results 40 cases of hepatic focal nodular hyperplasia patients, 28 females, 12 males, aged 18 to 62 years, mean age 41.3 years before surgery in all cases there was no history of hepatitis , AFP negative, 25 cases of histologically classic, with a central fibrous scar characteristic, and distorted by the fibrous connective tissue composed of blood vessels dilated capillaries .8 cases, the rest is mixed and the type of adenomatous hyperplasia . Conclusions Hepatic nodular hyperplasia of liver cells is an abnormal response to local vascular hyperplasia, is not a true tumor, mainly nodular adenomatous hyperplasia of the liver, liver anaplastic nodular hyperplasia, fibrolamellar carcinoma of the liver and liver cell adenoma identification.
