Methods 524 cases of knee fracture were studied retrospectively, including cruciate ligament injury in 143 cases (27.3%), nerve injury, 35 cases (6.7%), popliteal artery injury 19 cases (3.6%), fascial compartment syndrome in 32 cases (6.1%), acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) 3 cases (0.57%), postoperative thrombosis of sudden death in 5 cases (0.95%), were given the corresponding treatment. Results from 1.5 to 6 years follow-up, cruciate ligament injury treatment: excellent in 91 cases, good in 52 cases; popliteal artery injury treatment: excellent in 15 cases and poor in 4 cases; nerve injury treatment: excellent in 24 cases, 11 cases ; fascial compartment syndrome treatment groups: good in 22 cases, 5 cases and 5 poor.
