Methods using high-performance liquid chromatography of Ginkgo biloba extract in the xylitol infusions at 4 ℃ , 25 ℃ and 37 ℃ under the conditions of 0 ~ 6 h within the content changes, and while observing the recording compatibility solution 0 ~ 6 h in the appearance , pH value changes. Results 0 ~ 6 h, the ginkgo biloba extract in the xylitol infusion in the content, color and pH, no significant change. Conclusion of Ginkgo biloba extract and xylitol infusions after 0 ~ 6 h to stabilize. ResultsNo obvious variations were found in the content of EGb injection, the color and the pH value within 6 hours. Conclusion EGb injection can be used with xylitol injection for 6 hours.
