[Abstract] Objective To study the Cassia fried products in five kinds of different quinones ingredients changes. Methods using high performance liquid chromatography. Column was Shim-pack CLC-ODS C18 column; mobile phase was methanol -0.1% phosphoric acid solution gradient elution; flow rate 1 ml / min; wavelength of 440 nm. Results The method is accurate and reliable, and repeatable. Conclusion fried higher the temperature, Cassia contents of free anthraquinones change in trend, combined with a small change in anthraquinone content in the trend, with a total anthraquinone content changed little.

Abstract: ObjectiveTo study the content variety of anthraquinone in different Semen Cassiae fried without additional ingredients.MethodsHPLC method was developed.The separation was performed on an ODS column with the mobile phase of CH3OH-0.1% phosphoric acid.The flow rate was 1ml/min and the detection wavelength was 320nm.ResultsThis method was convenient and reliable.ConclusionThe temperature that fried without additional ingredients is more high, the content of the dissociative anthraquinones is more rich, the content of the associative anthraquinones is less, but the content of the associative anthraquinones changed little.
