[Abstract] Objective To study the aqueous extract of Honeysuckle Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus in vitro effect. Preparation of water extract of Honeysuckle concentration of 50%, 25%, 12.5%, 6.25%, 3.125%, 2%, 1.0625% of the BL broth and MRS liquid medium; take Bifidobacterium bifidum Bif1101 and Bulgaria lactic acid the standard suspension of Bacillus strains grown in the drug culture medium and inoculated into the plate for plate colony count; different incubation time points, diluted 10-fold measured with different concentrations of aqueous extract Honeysuckle bacteria culture medium and the control group bacterial culture medium and absorbance (A) and calculating the value-added medium absorbance (DA); determination of bacterial culture medium 20,24 h when the pH. Results When the concentration of water extract of Honeysuckle amp;quot;6.25%, then significantly higher than that; Honeysuckle water extract concentration ofamp;quot; 6.25%, is significantly lower than control group; Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium medium medium 20 , 24 h of DA at the concentration of water extract Honeysuckle ≤ 6.25% and ≤ 3.125% when the higher; Honeysuckle water extract concentration of amp;quot;6.25%, then the pH value is significantly lower than the control group; and Kim Yinhua aqueous extract concentration of amp;quot;6.25% when the opposite is true. Conclusion Honeysuckle low concentration of aqueous extract can promote Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus in vitro growth. High concentrations of water extract of Lonicera japonica inhibit the Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus in vitro growth.
