Results: qRT PCR results showed that histone HIST1H2AC and HIST1H2BC gene in pancreatic cancer resistant strains Puta8988 + and Puta8988 + + expression was significantly increased (P lt;0.05); Western blotting Test results show that histone HIST1H2AC and HIST1H2BC in pancreatic cancer resistant strains Puta8988 + and Puta8988 + + in the protein levels were also significantly increased (P lt;0.05). Conclusion: Pancreatic cancer cell lines by pemetrexed after induction, and its histone HIST1H2AC and HIST1H2BC in gene and protein expression were there increased levels, suggesting HIST1H2AC and HIST1H2BC genes may be resistance.
