Methods The determination was carried out on a Kromasil ODS C18 (150mm * 4.6mm, 5μ m) with mobile phase of acetonitrile-water (32:68). The flow rate was 2.6ml/min.Results There was a good linear relationship in the range of 1.8792 ~ 18.7920μ g. The average recovery was 96.7% with RSD1.68 %. Conelusion The method is simple, highly repeatable and accurate, and it can be used to control the quality of the preparation.
