Keywords: Anti-rabies virus antibody; rabies vaccine; ELISA; detection; neutralization test Establishment of method to screening human anti-rabies virus positive plasma 【Abstract】 Objective The positive human plasma containing antibody against rabies virus was screened with ELISA kit.Methods The IgG antibody diagnostic kits (ELISA method) obtaining from several manufactures in our country were adopted to screen the anti rabies virus positive plasma combining with the mice neutralization test. The level of antibody against rabies virus was determined in blood samples of donors that were immunized with rabies vaccine on days0, 3,7,14 and 28 in schedule.Results It showed that test results of ELISA kit produced in manufacture C and D is similar, their linear correlation is better (rc = 0.997, ra = 0.996 respectively).
