Method Samples were analyzed on a reversed  phase CN column (4.6 mm * 250 mm, 10 μ m) with 0.01 mol / L sodium heptanesulfonate (adjusted with 20% H3PO4 to pH2.7)  acetonitrile (85:15) as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL / min and the detection wavelength 316 nm.
