Human papillomavirus infection and immunity research

PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 4 Human papillomavirus infection and immunity research [Keywords:] human papilloma virus; infection immunity; conversion mechanism; Review HPV (human papilloma vivus, HPV) infections are caused by persistent clinical condyloma recurrence or cervical cancer because the body against HPV is difficult to establish an effective immune response, in particular HPV infection of local cellular immune function persistent HPV infection is the fundamental reason. Following on the HPV general overview, HPV skin and mucosal tissue of the host during invasive infection and host cell immune response were reviewed. 1 HPV Overview 1.1 HPV gene structure and function of HPV is a papillomavirus genus Papovaviridae for the circular double-stranded DNA virus, with group as posing a nuclear body protein binding, showing icosahedral symmetry, mature virion particles by a protein shell composed of non-lipoid capsule, diameter of 45 ~ 55 nm, relative molecular mass (Mr) of approximately 5 * 106, its genome length of 7.2 ~ 8.0 kb from the double-stranded DNA composed of the closed-loop. HPV genome is a common feature of all the major open reading frame (open read frames, ORF) by a DNA chain coding and transcription, its early and late messenger generation needs of sporadic transcription and processing of signals [1]. HPV genes are the major ORF encoded with a DNA chain, but there may be a promoter, an early sub-district, late District, and long control region three functional areas. Early region containing eight ORFs, or genes, or about 4 000 bp, encoding a product order of E6, E7, E1, E8, E2, E4, E3 and E5. Products of these genes were involved in viral DNA replication, transcriptional control and induction of host cells transformed functions. In which E2, E6 and E7 is a viral oncogenes, E6 and E7 protein encoded by the virus can control the growth and reproduction, involved in regulating L gene transcription; E2 as E6 and E7 of the repressor. E1 is the viral
