Methods The drug-based method and KB method, right ascus fruit polysaccharide (APS), mycelium intracellular polysaccharide (IPS), extracellular polysaccharide (EPS) in vitro antibacterial test. The results of studies have shown that morel polysaccharide of Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus, as well as actinomycetes antibacterial activity than the stronger, while the antibacterial effect of mold and yeast is not obvious. Conclusions are three kinds of Morchella polysaccharide with a marked anti-bacterial, anti-active actinomycetes.
