Methods: January 2007 ~ October were treated in VSD infants with severe PH 18 cases, 12 males and 6 females, aged 3 to 11 months, the average (7.0 ± 2.9) months, weighing 3.9 ~ 8.0 kg, average (6.5 ± 1.2) kg. All are in cardiopulmonary bypass in children with ventricular septal defect repair. Results: The patients with no death. Postoperative complications occurred in 9 cases, of which two cases of low cardiac output, arrhythmia in 2 cases, 2 cases of atelectasis, pulmonary infection in 2 cases of double infection in 1 case. Review in January after color Doppler ultrasound, in addition to four cases of mild PH, the remaining pulmonary artery pressure were normal. All children were discharged after operation.
