 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 9 Insulin resistance and essential hypertension Study Author; maya soldiers, GAO Hai-qing, Li Ying, Xiong-chao 【Abstract】 Objective To investigate insulin resistance and essential hypertension. 2000 cases of medical checkup in the history of excluding high blood pressure, coronary heart disease, cerebrovascular disease, diabetes, prostatic hyperplasia, hepatitis, chronic bronchitis, gastroenteritis and other diseases and past history of post-selected 42 cases, according to their blood pressure and the state is divided into normal blood pressure group (A group, systolic blood pressure lt;120 mmHg, diastolic blood pressure lt;80mmHg) 14 cases, the normal high-value group (B group, 120mmHg ≤ SBP lt;140mmHg or 80mmHg ≤ DBP lt;90mmHg) 14 cases of hypertension group (C group, systolic blood pressure ≥ 140mmHg or DBP ≥ 90mmHg) 14 patients were measured fasting blood glucose (FBG), fasting serum insulin (FINS). The results compared with the A group, B group of insulin resistance index was no significant difference, C group was significantly higher (df = 7.72, t = 1.860, P = 0.043 lt;0.05); with the B group compared, C group difference was not significant. Conclusions Patients with essential hypertension there exists an obvious state of insulin resistance.
