Results: The total effective rate of treatment group 97.30%, significantly higher than 67.57% (P amp;lt;0.01), cough time, asthmatic pulmonary rales to ease the time and the disappearance time was significantly shorter than the control group (P amp;lt;0.01) . Conclusion: Recombinant human interferon α  2b combined salbutamol and budesonide inhalation therapy in infants with bronchiolitis there is a genuine effect.
