Methods 120 SD rats were randomly divided into normal group, sham operation group, model group, Kangxianling group losartan group. after the model 7 d, 14 d, 21 d, 28 d were killed, the abdominal aorta blood collection, testing serum creatinine (Scr), blood urea nitrogen (BUN). the results of model group Scr, BUN was significantly increased urinary MA, β2-MG, NAG increased significantly, with the normal group and the sham group was significant (P lt;0.01); Kangxianling group Scr, BUN decreased significantly and urinary MA, β2-MG , NAG was significantly reduced compared with the untreated group was statistically significant (P lt;0.01 or P lt;0.05), Kangxianling group and losartan group, Scr significantly lower, with statistical significance (P lt;0.01), 7d urinary MA and 14d β2-MG was significantly lower than the losartan group. Conclusion Kangxianling granules decreased Scr, BUN and urinary MA, β2-MG, NAG, probably by relaxing blood vessels, regulating a ball feedback and improve the renal interstitial fibrosis and impact of cytokines, synthesis and secretion of inflammatory mediators such as multi-channel, multi-target protection of renal function.
