Conclusion Laparoscopic incisional hernia repair compared with open methods minimally invasive, quick recovery, less complications, is a safe and reliable surgical method. Methods From Sep.2007 to Mar.2006, expanded polytetrafluoroethylene mesh repair was applied in 18 patients with abdominal incisional hernia.Results All procedures were successfully performed.The mean operative time was 60 min (ranged 45 to 90 min).
