Methods RT  PCR and western blot detection of gastric cancer tissue and matched adjacent normal tissue 5  LOX, 15  LOX  1 mRNA and protein expression. Results 5  LOX mRNA and protein expression in gastric cancer tissues were significantly higher than the adjacent normal tissue (P amp;lt;0.05), while the 15  LOX  1 mRNA and protein expression in gastric cancer tissues were significantly lower than the adjacent normal tissue (P amp;lt;0.05). 5  LOX and 15  LOX  1 in gastric cancer tissues no significant correlation (Pamp;gt; 0.05).
